Below you'll find answers to the most common questions about our paintings, shipping, and more.
✔ Are the paintings original?
Yes. Every artwork is a one-of-a-kind original painting created by Ukrainian artist Vitalii Kobzariev in our studio in Spain. No prints, no AI - just hand-painted, textured art on high-quality stretched canvas. Each piece comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, signed and dated by the artist.
✔ How are paintings shipped?
All paintings are shipped ready to hang - stretched and framed on a wooden stretcher. We do not roll or fold artworks in tubes, as this can damage the texture and structure of the original paint. We use sturdy, custom protective packaging to ensure safe delivery.
✔ Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide from Spain using DHL as the most trusted carrier. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your painting is on the way.
Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 3-7 business days
- USA & Canada: 5-10 business days
- Australia & Rest of World: 7-14 business days
✔ Can I return a painting?
We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as long as the artwork is in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item arrives damaged.
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable.
✔ Can I request a custom painting?
Yes! We accept a limited number of custom orders. If you'd like a piece made in a specific color palette, size, or energy - contact us and we’ll discuss your vision.
Please note: custom orders usually take 2–4 weeks to complete, depending on complexity and drying time.
✔ Can I send a painting as a gift?
Absolutely. Just mark the order as a gift at checkout and include your gift message. We’ll handwrite it on a lovely card and send the painting without pricing inside the box.
✔ Where can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you need help tracking or have any delivery issues, just message us - we're happy to help.
